1. Introduction
These Subscription Terms govern paid subscription plans and premium features offered through AG5M, including AG5M Pro, AG5M Business, and any other eligible subscription plans introduced by the Platform.
AG5M is a global marketplace and professional networking platform connecting clients, professionals, businesses, and service providers.
By purchasing or activating a paid subscription, you agree to these Subscription Terms, our Terms of Service, and applicable purchase conditions.
These Subscription Terms supplement the AG5M Terms of Service. If a conflict arises concerning subscription-specific matters, these Subscription Terms apply to the extent permitted by law.
2. Available Subscription Plans
AG5M may offer different subscription plans depending on account type, geographic region, platform, and feature availability.
2.1 AG5M Pro
AG5M Pro is designed for eligible professionals and independent service providers.
Depending on the current subscription offering, Pro benefits may include:
Enhanced professional profile features
Increased visibility within eligible discovery features
Premium professional identification or badges
Reduced marketplace commission rates
Additional service or project management tools
Enhanced professional content features
Access to eligible premium tools
Other features expressly displayed in the subscription offer
The specific benefits available to a subscriber are those described in the purchase interface at the time of subscription.
AG5M does not guarantee a particular number of profile views, bookings, customers, or earnings.
2.2 AG5M Business
AG5M Business is designed for eligible companies, organizations, and business service providers.
Depending on the current subscription offering, Business benefits may include:
Business profile features
Enhanced company visibility
Eligible team or business management tools
Business listings and project opportunities
Advanced analytics where available
Reduced marketplace commissions
Premium business content features
Additional business management capabilities
Business subscription features may vary by location, application version, and plan availability.
A Business subscription does not automatically establish that the business has undergone government registration or licensing verification.
2.3 Other Plans
AG5M may introduce additional subscription plans, including client-focused subscriptions, promotional plans, or specialized premium features.
Any such plan will be governed by the pricing, benefits, and conditions displayed before purchase.
3. Subscription Pricing
AG5M may apply different subscription prices depending on:
Country or geographic region
Subscription type
Billing currency
Applicable taxes
Promotional offers
Purchasing platform
Payment-provider requirements
Prices are displayed before the user confirms a subscription purchase.
The price shown in the applicable checkout or app-store purchase interface is the authoritative price for that transaction.
AG5M may offer region-specific pricing to support accessibility in different markets.
Users must not deliberately misrepresent their location or billing eligibility to obtain unauthorized regional pricing.
4. Marketplace Commissions
Certain paid subscription plans may provide reduced marketplace commission rates.
Applicable commission rates depend on the user's active plan, the type of transaction, and the terms displayed by AG5M.
A reduced commission rate applies only to eligible transactions and does not necessarily eliminate payment processing charges, taxes, refunds, chargebacks, or other separately disclosed fees.
If a subscription expires, is cancelled, or becomes inactive, the account may return to the commission rate applicable to its current plan.
The treatment of transactions initiated before a plan change is subject to the applicable transaction terms and disclosed commission rules.
AG5M will disclose applicable fees and commissions through relevant pricing or transaction interfaces.
5. Billing and Automatic Renewal
Unless otherwise stated during purchase, AG5M paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period.
By subscribing, you authorize the applicable billing provider to charge the recurring subscription amount according to the terms accepted at checkout.
Billing may be managed through:
Google Play Billing
Stripe or another supported direct payment provider
Other authorized billing channels made available by AG5M
The billing period, price, currency, and renewal terms will be displayed before purchase.
A subscription remains active according to its applicable billing status and entitlement conditions.
6. Free Trials and Promotional Offers
AG5M may offer free trials, discounted introductory periods, or promotional subscriptions.
Trial eligibility, duration, renewal price, and any applicable conditions will be disclosed when the offer is presented.
Where a trial automatically converts to a paid subscription, the applicable billing terms will be shown before activation.
Users should cancel before the applicable renewal deadline if they do not wish to continue with a paid subscription.
Promotional offers may be limited to eligible users and may not be combined with other offers unless expressly stated.
AG5M may restrict fraudulent or repeated promotional use.
7. Subscription Cancellation
Users may cancel their subscriptions at any time through the applicable billing channel.
7.1 Google Play Subscriptions
Subscriptions purchased through Google Play should be cancelled through Google Play's subscription management settings.
Uninstalling AG5M does not automatically cancel a Google Play subscription.
Deleting an AG5M account also does not necessarily cancel an active Google Play subscription.
7.2 Direct Subscriptions
Subscriptions purchased through an AG5M-supported direct payment channel may be cancelled through available account billing settings or by contacting:
7.3 Effect of Cancellation
Cancellation generally prevents future automatic renewals.
Unless otherwise stated during purchase or required by law, paid benefits remain active until the end of the current paid billing period.
After expiration, subscription-only features may become unavailable and the account may return to the features and commission rates applicable to its current plan.
8. Refunds
Subscription charges are generally non-refundable once billed, except where:
A refund is required by applicable law
The applicable app store or payment provider permits a refund
AG5M approves a refund for a qualifying billing issue or other eligible circumstance
Cancelling a subscription does not automatically refund charges already paid.

9. Failed Payments and Subscription Expiration
If a recurring payment fails, the applicable billing provider may attempt to process the payment again according to its policies.
Subscription benefits may be temporarily restricted or expire if payment cannot be completed.
Any grace period, billing retry, or account-hold arrangement depends on the supported billing provider and subscription configuration.
Users are responsible for maintaining valid payment information with their applicable billing provider.
10. Upgrades and Downgrades
AG5M may allow eligible users to upgrade, downgrade, or change subscription plans.
The timing and financial treatment of plan changes may depend on:
The purchasing platform
Billing-provider rules
Current subscription status
Applicable prorated charges or credits
The new plan's price and billing period
Any applicable charges or changes should be disclosed through the plan-change process.
Not all plan changes may be available through every billing channel.
11. Subscription Price Changes
AG5M may change subscription prices or plan features from time to time.
Where required by law or applicable billing-provider rules, subscribers will receive appropriate notice of price increases or material changes.
Price changes for existing subscriptions will take effect according to the applicable notice, consent, and renewal requirements.
Users may cancel future renewals if they do not wish to continue under the updated terms.
12. Premium Visibility and Advertising
Some subscription plans may provide enhanced visibility, premium placement, or other promotional features.
These features do not guarantee:
A particular ranking position
A specific number of impressions
Customer inquiries
Confirmed bookings
Product sales
Revenue or profit
Visibility may depend on relevance, location, search criteria, account eligibility, platform rules, and other legitimate factors.
Paid promotional placements may be identified where required by applicable law.
13. Account Verification and Badges
Certain subscription plans may include badges or profile indicators.
A paid badge does not automatically represent independent verification of professional licensing, government-issued identity, or business registration.
Any separate identity or professional verification program will be subject to its own eligibility requirements.
Users must not misrepresent their qualifications or verification status.
14. Fair Use of Premium Features
Premium features must be used lawfully and in accordance with AG5M policies.
Users must not:
Share subscription access in an unauthorized manner
Manipulate subscription eligibility
Abuse promotional offers
Engage in fraudulent billing activity
Use premium features to harass or deceive others
Circumvent applicable platform rules
AG5M may restrict or suspend premium features in response to material violations, subject to applicable law and any required notice or review.
15. Taxes and Currency
Subscription prices may be displayed in different currencies depending on the user's location and billing provider.
Applicable taxes may be included in or added to the displayed price, as required by law and the applicable purchase channel.
Currency conversion rates, foreign transaction fees, and related charges may be determined by payment providers or financial institutions.
AG5M is not responsible for independently imposed bank or currency conversion charges except where required by law.
16. Changes to Subscription Features
AG5M may update subscription features to improve the Platform, address technical limitations, comply with legal requirements, or respond to business needs.
Where changes materially reduce paid benefits, AG5M will provide notice or appropriate remedies where required by applicable law.
Features described as planned, upcoming, or in development are not guaranteed to become available by a particular date.
17. Suspension and Termination
AG5M may suspend or terminate subscription-related access when reasonably necessary because of:
Fraud or unauthorized activity
Serious violations of platform policies
Payment-provider restrictions
Legal or regulatory requirements
Security threats
Suspension or termination does not automatically remove statutory refund or consumer protection rights.
18. No Guarantee of Business Results
AG5M provides tools designed to help professionals and businesses connect with potential customers.
A paid subscription does not guarantee employment, contracts, bookings, sales, income, or commercial success.
Users remain responsible for their own professional services, business operations, and compliance with applicable laws.
19. Account Deletion
Users may request permanent deletion of their AG5M accounts.
Before deleting an account, users should review and cancel any independently managed subscriptions where necessary.

Certain financial records may be retained where required by law.
20. Applicable Law and Consumer Rights
These Subscription Terms are subject to applicable consumer protection laws and mandatory billing requirements.
Nothing in these Terms excludes statutory cancellation, withdrawal, refund, or other consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.
Where applicable law provides stronger protections, those protections take precedence.
21. Updates to These Terms
AG5M may update these Subscription Terms to reflect changes in pricing, features, payment services, legal requirements, or business operations.
The latest version will be published on our official website with an updated effective date.
Where required, material changes will be communicated before they take effect.
